At ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Medical Group – Obstetrics & Gynecology in Pontiac, a team of OB/GYNs and certified nurse midwives from Advanced Women’s Healthcare provide well-woman visits, prenatal and postpartum care, pelvic floor disorder treatments, urogynecology and general gynecologic care.
You have increased access to obstetrics care through collaboration on select services between ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø HealthCare and Advanced Women’s Healthcare.
A certified nurse midwife is an integral part of the obstetrics care team. All babies will be delivered at ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø HealthCare St. Joseph Medical Center, with outreach at the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Medical Group – Obstetrics and Gynecology clinic in Pontiac.
We offer breastfeeding support, including classes and support groups, and ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø St. Joseph is a baby-friendly hospital where you can labor and deliver in the same room.
If your pregnancy becomes high-risk, we have a dedicated maternal-fetal medicine team in Bloomington, as well as a level II nursery. Our team will transfer your care to the NICU at ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø HealthCare Children’s Hospital of Illinois in Peoria if needed.
