Outreach
ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Life Flight offers free education and training opportunities to our EMS, fire and hospital colleagues. As part of this commitment, we can provide our helicopter for certain training and outreach events with the goal of maximizing safety in scene operations and helicopter utilization. The helicopter is typically flown out in conjunction with our Helicopter Landing Zone Management and Safety Course, as well as some other ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Life Flight educational offerings.
Due to the volume of requests we receive, we typically don't do fly-ins into schools, but each request will be reviewed. We cannot provide aircraft for non-health care agency functions, but a representative from ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Life Flight may be able to speak at events such as career days or business meetings.

- ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Life Flight Dispatch Informational Course - Helpful information for the 911 Dispatch Center.
- ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Life Flight Helicopter Landing Zone Management and Safety Course - Highly recommended for EMS, fire, police, EMA and others involved with helicopter scene operations. We recommend that this course is taken as a refresher at least every two years.
- ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Life Flight Appropriate Helicopter Utilization - Recommended for pre-hospital EMS and emergency department staff who may utilize helicopter transport for their patients.
